Denise’s spiritual journey began as a teenager, as a result of a dramatic near-death experience, after being shot by an unknown gunman. Revelations on the “other side” led her to live several years in a Zen Buddhist monastery. In addition, she spent time in native cultures throughout the world - Zulu in Africa, Maori in New Zealand, Aborigines in Australia, etc., as well as her own tribe. (Denise is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.) She learned about feng shui while in Hong Kong, and subsequently wrote the second book on the topic in English and founded one of the largest feng shui schools in the nation. She also originated the term “Space Clearing” and wrote several books on this ancient art form. As a child, Denise lived with her grandmother, who was a tarot card reader and who taught Denise about oracle card reading. She has currently created six decks and teaches an oracle card certification course. Most of her work, for her 57 years of teaching, has been large past life regressions – up to 3000 people - that she has done in 25 countries. She has written 23 books, published in 29 languages, and has appeared several times on the Oprah show and other national and international shows.
